Shipping policy

Due to high order volumes, please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to begin shipping. Rush orders can be shipped within one week for an additional fee. Delays due to weather and holidays can affect this time frame. Please be aware of the time it takes to produce and ship, as production time is different from shipping. Once shipped you will receive tracking information.

Fabric and Processing Time
Please note that the material is woven and can take up to a week to be made. Garments are custom and made to order. When an order is placed, a mockup will be sent to your email within 72 hours. Once the design is approved, production will begin. Orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled.

Lost and stolen packages
If your tracking number states your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it; USPS and UPS states you can file a claim after the expected delivery date and time.

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. No Label Studios is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather.
