A mock-up is sent to your email within 72 hours once an order is placed. Upon approval of the design, production will begin and fulfillment can take up to 2-3 weeks. If requesting a rush order, a separate invoice for the fee will be sent along with your mock-up.
Please keep in mind the production and shipping timeframes may differ. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
